There is an enormous demand for coins of every type. Price for every Rare, Freak/Error and Uncirculated condition coins are escalating because of the increase in demand and decrease in supply.
This is what makes the collectors looks further to add to their collections and they will take coins with a lower grading (but still valueable).
They are also willing to diversify their collection a little further. All of this is activities are making the coins increase in value and error coins are no exceptions.
