Scottish tea planters introduced special coins for the tea workers at their different tea estates during the time of their establishment in Indian subcontinent and those antique coins are only few available at present. Its got the touch of Scottish planters history. I also got coins of George V & VI.
Some Tea coins have names of gardens on coin and some got different hole mark. Those coins were only valid within the tea estate, so that tea gardens workers could not flee away from the garden.
